Solid Resources Announces Proposed Extension of Warrant Term
VANCOUVER, - Solid Resources Ltd. ("Solid" or the "Company") (TSX-V: SRW) (OTCQX: SLDRF) (Frankfurt: YRS) has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval to extend the expiry date of 20,333,333 common share purchase warrants that were issued as part of a non-brokered private placement completed by the Company in November, 2010. The Warrants are exercisable for common shares of Solid at a price of $0.10 per share and will currently expire at 4:30 p.m., Calgary, Alberta time on May 17, 2012. The Company is proposing to extend the expiry date of the warrants by an additional six (6) months to 4:30 p.m., Calgary, Alberta time on November 17, 2012. All other terms and conditions of the warrants, including the exercise price, will remain the same. The proposed extension of the expiry is conditional upon the receipt of the exchange’s approval.
Additional details of the warrants are provided in Solid’s press release dated November 18, 2010. The expiry date of the compensation warrants issued under the private placement to certain finders is not subject to extension and remains May 17, 2012.
