Peter C. Le Couteur, Ph.D, P. Eng., to the Advisory Board. Dr. Le Couteur who resides in Vancouver, BC, received his B.Sc and M.Sc from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and his Ph.D in geology from the University of British Columbia.

Dr. Alfonso S. Gracia Plaza graduated in Geological Science at the University of Salamanca. He was subsequently made a Doctor in Economic Geology and has both taught and done research at the University, where he still imparts specific courses as a visiting professor.
