Solid Resources announces stock option grants

EDMONTON, Aug. 27 /CNW/ - Solid Resources Ltd. ("Solid") announces that
the company has granted an aggregate of 450,000 stock options to the Directors
of the Corporation. The options have an exercise price of $0.10 per share and
have an expiry date of five years from date of issue.
