Solid enters into a settlement agreement and undertaking with the ASC

EDMONTON, June 11 /CNW/ - Solid Resources Ltd. ("Solid") announces that
it has entered into a settlement agreement and undertaking with the Alberta
Securities Commission (the "Commission") regarding the Commission's Docket
E01027 hearing scheduled for June 14, 2007. As a result of this agreement,
Solid has agreed to pay the Commission $15,000 and an additional $5,000
towards investigative costs. As a result of the agreement, the matters covered
by this hearing have been resolved in respect to Solid.
