Solid Announces Hearing Date

EDMONTON, March 1 /CNW/ - Solid Resources Ltd. ("Solid" or the
"Corporation") announces that, further to its press release of September 18,
2006, the Alberta Securities Commission has set June 14, 2007 as the date upon
which the hearing of the allegations set forth in the Notice of Hearing dated
September 21, 2006 will commence.
Solid further announces that following its Annual General and Special
Meeting held on February 15, 2007, the board of directors formed the
Corporation's Audit Committee, which consists of Harry McKinders, Leonard Van
Trust and R. Derek Frost.
